Bridge To Motherhood

Being pregnant may be scary! This is all new to you.  We have caring advocates who will partner with you and meet one-on-one, either in person or by phone. The Bridge Program includes access to the on-demand education, but it goes a little further and allows us to build a relationship with you. Your advocate will offer you in-depth pregnancy and parenting education and tips as you face obstacles and navigate this journey.  You can set goals together, and your advocate will be a support system and check in on you.  You’ll have an opportunity to build a relationship and be mentored by people who care about what’s going on in your life.
